Hayden commenced his career at a mid-tier accounting firm in Bathurst before moving to Sydney to take a position with a Big-4 firm. Hayden then joined a leading international law firm before realising the call back to the country was too great to resist. Hayden joined HA Chartered Accountants in order to break the traditional accounting firm mould of being restricted by budgets and timesheets.
